PT Anugrah Argon Medica (AAM) held its Town Hall Annual Meeting on Friday, December 6, 2024, as a gesture of gratitude for the company’s achievements throughout 2024 and as a momentum to strengthen optimism in facing challenges in 2025.
With the theme “Future Forward 2025: Stronger, Smarter,” the event served as a platform for reflection, appreciation, and strategic planning to ensure AAM remains a leader in the pharmaceutical and medical device distribution industry.
The event was attended by management from PT Medela Potentia, including President Director Mr. Krestijanto Pandji, Director Mr. Wimala Widjaja, and Human Resources Director Ms. Nancy Kartika. Also present were AAM’s board of commissioners and directors: AAM Commissioner Mr. Edbert Orotodan; AAM President Director Ms. Juliwaty; Supply Chain & System Director Mr. Stephen Febianto Kusumo; Commercial Director Mr. Harris Lesmana; Operations Director Mr. Setyawan Pantja Juwono; Digital Transformation Director Mr. Handi Halim; and Finance Director Ms. Novy Wulansari.
Mr. Krestijanto Pandji expressed his appreciation for the outstanding performance of the entire AAM team and encouraged all employees to face 2025 with optimism despite looming challenges.
“The year 2025 will bring significant challenges, particularly with issues surrounding weakened purchasing power. However, the demand for medicines will persist, presenting opportunities for the company to sustain growth,” he stated.
AAM Commissioner Mr. Edbert Orotodan emphasized the importance of avoiding complacency and continuing to drive innovation and sustainable improvements. “A sharp focus on core business and a commitment to continuous development will be the key to AAM’s future success,” he explained.
Reflecting on the company’s achievements, AAM President Director Mrs. Juliwaty praised AAM’s success in maintaining its position as one of Indonesia’s leading and most trusted pharmaceutical distributors in 2024.
She highlighted the importance of nurturing strong relationships and retaining the trust of all principals partnering with AAM. “AAM remains the number one distributor in Indonesia’s pharmaceutical market for 2024. It is crucial not only to attract new principals but also to strengthen relationships with existing ones,” she noted.
From a supply chain perspective, Mr. Stephen Febianto Kusumo shared that in 2025, AAM will advance its ESG Distribution Roadmap by entering the second phase, which includes implementing green building initiatives and green packaging solutions.
Commercial Director Mr. Harris Lesmana outlined AAM’s 2025 business strategy, which will focus on three key areas: growing the principal base, expanding distribution channels, and enhancing AAM’s system capabilities.
Operations Director Mr. Setyawan Pantja Juwono discussed plans to pursue targeted investments to drive growth in specific areas.
Digital Transformation Director Mr. Handi Halim introduced GPOS B2B, a pharmacy management application, which will feature new and innovative tools and services.
Finance Director Mrs. Novy Wulansari pointed out that in 2025, the government will significantly increase the healthcare budget by 15% compared to 2024, which presents a positive outlook for the industry.
Lastly, Mrs. Lucy Christiani shared upcoming Human Resources programs, including employee development initiatives, Wellbeing and Culture programs, and other supportive initiatives.
The Town Hall also announced the winners of the 5R Program (Ringkas, Rapi, Resik, Rawat, Rajin). The Quality Assurance Department claimed first place, while the Human Resource Management Department secured second place.
