PT Anugrah Argon Medica (AAM) has achieved a prestigious win at the Stellar Workplace Awards, taking home honors across four distinct categories. This event, hosted by Kontan Business & Investment Media in collaboration with GML Performance Consulting, was designed to recognize companies with high levels of employee engagement.
The four categories in which AAM's HR team excelled are as follows:
Top 5 Digital HR Experience Champion: This award celebrates companies that excel in digital HR, recognizing outstanding processes, implementation, and impact on the company, managers, and employees, as assessed through survey results.
Top 5 Stellar Workplace Award for Large Size Employer: This award is presented to large enterprises with the highest engagement index, measuring both employee commitment and satisfaction.
Stellar Workplace Recognition in Employee Commitment: An award for companies with a high employee commitment index, reflecting the extra efforts employees make to contribute positively to the company's success.
Stellar Workplace in Employee Satisfaction: An award honoring companies with high employee satisfaction, as demonstrated by positive statements about the company shared among colleagues, potential hires, and customers.
The Stellar Workplace Awards ceremony was held on Thursday, October 31, 2024, at Le Méridien Jakarta. Present to receive the awards were AAM’s CEO, Mrs. Juliwaty; PT Medela Potentia’s HR Director, Mrs. Nancy Kartika; AAM’s HR Business Partner Manager, Mrs. Lucy Christiani; along with the HR Management team. Other notable attendees included BPJS Kesehatan CEO, Prof. Dr. Ali Ghufron Mukti MSc., PhD., as well as HR practitioners from various organizations and companies.
AAM was recognized as one of the companies with the highest employee engagement, assessed through the Employee Engagement Survey (EES) and presentation judging by a panel comprising media representatives, practitioners, and consultants.
AAM has also adapted to the entry of Generation Z into the workforce, who are known for their tech-savvy and high expectations of workplace flexibility. This shift has encouraged the company to innovate in employee management and engagement.

In addition to receiving the award, AAM's HR Business Partner Manager, Mrs. Lucy Christiani, also participated as a speaker in the Stellar Award Forum’s Talk Show session on 'Digital-Driven People & Learning Management.' According to GML Performance Consulting’s study, digitalization in HR processes positively impacts HR efficiency, decision-making, and employee engagement.
