Anugrah Argon Hosts Expert Lecture on Good Distribution Practices (GDP) in Surabaya

Anugrah Argon Medica (AAM), organized an Expert Lecture and Health Screening at Universitas Surabaya (Ubaya) and Universitas Katolik Widya Mandala Surabaya (UKWMS) on February 20-21, 2025. This event aimed to share insights into the pharmaceutical industry and promote health awareness among students.

AAM Quality Assurance Manager, Sulviria, led the Expert Lecture session, highlighting the importance of Good Distribution Practices (GDP) in ensuring the quality and safety of medicines throughout the supply chain.

GDP is a mandatory standard for pharmaceutical distributors to ensure that medicines are maintained in optimal condition—from storage and transportation to delivery at healthcare facilities or pharmacies. Proper implementation of GDP helps prevent product degradation, ensures medication efficacy, and enhances patient safety.

The lecture sessions were well received, with over 160 students from Ubaya and UKWMS actively participating.
