Holding Company of AAM Holds Public Expose and Prepares for IPO to Drive Long-Term Growth and Expansion


The holding company of PT Anugrah Argon Medica, PT Medela Potentia Tbk. (Medela Potentia), conducted a Public Expose and Due Diligence Meeting in Jakarta on Thursday, March 13, 2025. During the event, the company announced its plan to proceed with an Initial Public Offering (IPO) on April 15, 2025.


In this IPO, Medela Potentia will offer 3,500,000,000 shares, equivalent to 25% of the company’s total issued and fully paid-up capital. During the bookbuilding period from March 11, 2025, to March 17, 2025, the share price will be offered in the range of IDR 180 to IDR 230 per share. Based on this price range, the company has the potential to raise approximately IDR 805 billion.


Medela Potentia's President Director, Mr. Krestijanto Pandji, stated that the healthcare industry is poised for continued growth. "We are committed to investing in technology, infrastructure, and product innovation to support Indonesia’s evolving healthcare needs," said Mr. Krestijanto.


Furthermore, Mr. Krestijanto highlighted the high demand for medical devices in Indonesia. Medela Potentia supports the availability of medical equipment in the country through production at PT Deca Metric Medica and distribution via PT Djembatan Dua.


"Medela Potentia possesses end-to-end competency. We provide services not only in major cities but across the entire country," Mr. Krestijanto added.


Medela Potentia distributes a wide range of healthcare products throughout Indonesia via PT Anugrah Argon Medica (AAM). The company also operates in Cambodia through Dynamic Argon Cambodia (DAC).


Medela Potentia’s Director, Mr. Edbert Orotodan, further emphasized the increasing demand for medical devices in Indonesia, particularly following the COVID-19 pandemic. He noted that beyond pharmaceuticals, the public has also sought essential medical equipment, such as masks and other healthcare supplies.


Meanwhile, Medela Potentia’s Director, Mr. Wimala Wijaya, underscored the importance of technological adaptation in the healthcare industry. "Digitalization is an inevitable challenge. If we aim for growth, digitalization must be embraced," Mr. Wimala stated.


He elaborated on how GoApotik has successfully addressed the public’s need for improved access to healthcare and obtained a license as a Pharmaceutical Electronic System Provider (PSEF).


The funds raised from this IPO will be utilized by Medela Potentia to support its strategic plans for innovation and global expansion. This initiative aims to strengthen the company’s position as a leading provider of high-quality healthcare services in Indonesia and the broader Southeast Asian region.
